Gifting & The Marketplace

Can I buy individual gifts from the Marketplace?
Yes! Every Marketplace product can be purchased individually. You can also create your own gift box simply add your chosen items to your basket and select “Add Gift Wrapping” at checkout.

Are Marketplace gifts personalised?
Most of our Marketplace items can be personalised. Look for the “Personalisation Available” tag or add a note at checkout with your custom request.

Can I send my order directly to the recipient?
Of course. Just add their delivery address and include a gift message — we’ll handle the rest with our signature packaging and presentation.

Gift Box Subscriptions

How does the subscription service work?
It’s simple and flexible  just 3 steps:

  1. Select your plan: Choose your budget tier (starting from £29.95).

  2. Tell us about the recipient: Select age, gender, and occasion before the monthly cut-off date.

  3. We curate & deliver: Our team creates a beautiful, thoughtful box with one personalised item  you take the credit.

Who can I buy a subscription for?
Everyone! We offer boxes for babies, kids, women, men, and all occasions — birthdays, baby showers, holidays, corporate gifting and more.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, our flex plans are designed to work around you. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery is 3–5 working days within the UK. Personalised and subscription boxes may take 7–10 working days depending on the level of customisation.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK, but international delivery is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter for updates.

Can I request express delivery?
Yes, if you have a special date or last-minute gift, please email hello@inspiredbyboutique.com before ordering to confirm availability.

Personalisation & Custom Orders

What can be personalised?
Almost anything! From engraved accessories and foil-stamped stationery to embroidered keepsakes and monogrammed leather — we bring your ideas to life using our in-house machines.

Can I request a custom or corporate order?
Absolutely. We specialise in corporate gifting, events, and bespoke gift boxes. Email corporate@inspiredbyboutique.com with your enquiry and we’ll create a tailored quote.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, Klarna, clearpay, and more.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalised nature of our gifts, returns aren’t accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
