Refunds
We offer exchanges or returns ONLY if it is faulty and has not been used. We offer a 14 day exchange & refund policy for all orders. We do NOT accept returns unfortunately.
Majority of our products are made in house and hand made. Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We appreciate your understanding. Nevertheless, if an error or quality concern arises from our end, kindly reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days. We are happy to issue you a full refund if all items are in the same condition as you received them when you made your purchase. Please send us an email to the above address including your order number, and explanation why you would like to return your purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
We are unable to refund or exchange any returned items if they have any type of writing, odour, stains, pet hairs, crumpled or creased.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You can always contact us for any return question at Info@Inspiredbyboutique.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
