Tracking Orders

We know waiting for a special delivery is exciting. Here’s exactly how to track your parcel and what to do if you need help.

How to Track

  • Once your order ships, we email you a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number and a tracking link.

  • Didn’t get it? Check Spam/Promotions first. Still not there? Email info@inspiredbyboutique.com with your name + order number and we’ll resend it.

Where to Track

  • Royal Mail (most UK Standard): use your tracking number on the Royal Mail tracking page.

  • DPD / Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Express): use the courier’s tracking link provided in your email.

  • FedEx / DHL / UPS (International Express): use the direct courier link in your email.

  • Tip: For standard international parcels, tracking may hand off to your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post). Paste the same tracking number on their site for the most up-to-date scans.

Typical Delivery Timeframes (after dispatch)

  • UK Standard: 3–5 working days

  • UK Express: 1–2 working days

  • Europe (Standard): 7–10 working days

  • USA & Canada (Standard): 10–14 working days

  • Rest of World (Standard): 10–20 working days

  • International Express (FedEx/DHL/UPS): 3–5 working days

Personalised and subscription orders are made to order, so processing can add a few days before dispatch. We’ll keep you updated.

International Orders, Customs & Delays

  • Tracking for international parcels may update after customs clearance. Allow 24–48 hours for new scans to appear.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes or tariffs are set by your country and payable by the recipient. Your courier will contact you if anything is due.

  • If your parcel shows “Awaiting Clearance” or “In Transit—No Movement” for 3+ working days, email us and we’ll contact the courier on your behalf.

If You Can’t Find Your Tracking

  • Search your inbox for “Inspiredby Boutique” or “Your order is on the way”.

  • Check you used the correct email at checkout.

  • Contact info@inspiredbyboutique.com with your order number and we’ll help immediately.

Missed Delivery / Re-Delivery

  • If a delivery is missed, the courier usually:

    • Leaves a calling card with re-delivery/collection instructions, or

    • Sends a text/email to reschedule.

  • Please arrange re-delivery promptly to avoid the parcel returning to us. If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, a re-shipment fee may apply.

Address Changes After Ordering

  • Tell us ASAP at info@inspiredbyboutique.com.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

  • If it has shipped, we’ll try a courier address correction (not always guaranteed and may incur a fee set by the courier).

Part-Shipments

To avoid delays, we may ship your order in multiple parcels. You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Signature on Delivery

Some orders may require a signature. If this is inconvenient, let us know before dispatch and we’ll advise options (where available).

Gift Orders

Sending directly to the recipient? Add their address at checkout and a message at notes—your order will arrive beautifully packaged with no prices inside. Tracking goes to your email unless you request otherwise.
