Consultation – Once we receive your payment, we’ll reach out to set up a consultation. During this chat, we’ll get to know more about your loved one’s personality, likes, and any specific preferences—whether that’s favorite brands or beloved characters for kids. This ensures every item feels special and truly “them.”

Curated Selection & Approval – After we source the products, we’ll email you a digital version of the gift box with a complete lineup of what’s included. You’ll have the chance to approve the selection with up to two revisions, making sure it’s just right before we go ahead and put it all together.

The Final Touch – Once you’ve approved the digital preview, we’ll physically shop for each item, assembling everything in a beautiful, thoughtful presentation.
