Our personalized gift shopping service takes the hassle out of finding thoughtful, meaningful gifts tailored to your loved ones. Whether it’s for a birthday, anniversary, or special celebration, we’ve got you covered!

How It Works:

Start with a minimum budget of £30 including service fee. We’ll craft a beautifully curated gift box that stays within your chosen range.

Service Fee Breakdown:
£30–£50: £15 service fee.
£60–£90: £20 service fee.
£100+: £25 service fee.

This fee covers consultation, sourcing, and creating a unique gift presentation. The remaining budget goes toward high-quality, handpicked products.

Personalized Consultation:
Once we receive your payment, we’ll reach out to set up a consultation. During this chat, we’ll get to know more about your loved one’s personality, likes, and any specific preferences—whether that’s favorite brands or beloved characters for kids. This ensures every item feels special and truly “them.”

Flexible Presentation Options:
Choose between our standard Kraft box (free), magnetic gift box or a luxury hamper for a premium touch. The size and presentation of the gift will depend on the chosen box or hamper, ensuring the perfect fit for all items while maintaining a stunning and cohesive look.
Based in London? Collection is available. If collection isn’t possible, for our hampers we’ll ship the items along with materials and instructions for a DIY hamper assembly, complete with an image preview of the finished product.

Optional Preview:
After we source the products, we’ll physically shop for each item, assembling everything in a beautiful, thoughtful presentation. We’ll email you a digital version of the gift box with a complete line up of what’s included. You can opt out if you prefer it to be a surprise.

Previous Box Inspiration – You’re welcome to ask for similar items to the ones in any of our pre-designed gift boxes. While we can’t guarantee exact brands, we’ll do our best to source comparable options to create the feel you’re after.

Returns – Due to the custom nature of this gift box, we don’t accept returns, but we’re committed to quality. If any item arrives faulty, broken, or torn, let us know, and we’ll gladly replace it.
